Mrs. Faulkner focuses her legal practice in the areas of general litigation, commercial real estate, residential and commercial financing, residential real estate, guardianship, wills, trust, estate planning, probate, corporations, limited liability companies, business law, contracts, real property title insurance. Mrs. Faulkner has experience in areas such as:

• Representing sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate, corporations, and businesses, including financing.
• Assist clients with estate planning, trusts and will matters.
• Negotiation and preparation of commercial and residential real estate contracts for the sale and purchase of commercial property, homes and condominiums, including all documentation for closing and title insurance.
• Representing homeowners in foreclosure defense cases
• Representing clients in guardianship and incapacity proceedings

Mrs. Faulkner was born in Springfield, Illinois. She is a graduate from Oasis High School, and attended Florida SouthWestern State College in Fort Myers where she received her Bachelors in Public Safety Administration. She continued her education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she was an active member of Cooley’s Mock Trial and Moot Court Board. She graduated CUM LAUDE and admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2022. She joined Jones, Haber & Rollings PL. shortly thereafter.
